The Bloomingdale Civic Association (BCA)  which has existed for decades, continues to bring the entire Bloomingdale community together to address neighborhood  issues of mutual concern.  With a membership of more than 125 residents, BCA meets the third Monday of every month -- except when a major holiday is celebrated on Monday.
